Kudo’s to Michelle for such a quick reply in less than 24 hours!

I found a new site listing her submissions which was different than the one I found last night.. unless of course at 1 am I was so bleary eyed, I got it wrong. LOL

I am beginning to think Picture Books are what Chapter Books are considered as well?

I am soooo confused…

I figured it was Middle Grade so I can call it that, then I look it up again and find out MG is 4,000 to 10,000 words and Not always a chapter book.

I have a MG book that I think  would be cool with some illustrations. Not sure if I should call that a Chapter Book.

True the one I’m sending is the first 5,000 words… I have two more stories (it continues) that I’ve divided up into three books.  I wonder if I should just slap the whole works back together, finish editing other two chapters and see if that is better? LOL

Not having much luck with the “Chapter Book” submissions…

Of course it didn’t help when doh… i sent the first 25 queries minus my personal contact info. (copying and pasting didn’t take the HEADER with it….) That’s what I get for doing my queries late at night after I’m done with OTHER projects.

I cannot think clearly lately and this proves it! lol

Now Michelle wants MG with siblings, and family stories.. so maybe I’ll write one and send that to her soon. *wink*

I only looked at the company “submissions” pages and didn’t realize there was more to it..
