the idea girl says
I love to travel blog and so after I’ve labelled a picture with the place’s name, location, my name and blog name, then I upload it with a new review or add a new business to yelp.
Not only does this help bring business to new locations, it gives you a reputation for being a good reviewer to others, you develop a fan base, and other’s comment on what they like or don’t like.
Yelp however prefers “positive” reviews – if the owner see’s something negative he or she can request it to be removed (experienced that), the same applies to your blogs, so don’t use people’s names when posting something you didn’t care for, and make sure you talk to management or in my case if I’ve had a really bad experience customer service wise I’ll email corporate.
You look up the name of the company and then the owner’s name and email them…Also make a note of this in your review.
If you have a major complaint, it’s best to log it with the better business bureau so they can investigate it (if it’s something you know a company is illegally or unfairly doing that is against customer service policies.)
this is my yelp review page… surprised I didn’t know I had oNE lol
this is where you lodge a complaint about any type of business, hotel – the better business bureau of canada.
