Harry asked me to look up some exercises to help with his knee pain (i have it too but in a different way – back, neck and knee popping problems) so I found this cool video site that will teach us how to stretch and feel better.

i find writing and blogging hurt my shoulders, neck and back the most. The feet and legs swell up if I sit longer than 30 mins in my chair.

I found cardio cycling the best to deal with lower front muscles and legs for circulation and strength training so far.
