Corrina discusses Maslow’s Expanded Hierarchy of Needs and the PsycheTruth Heierarchy as well; illustrating how satisfying the higher level needs may actually boost our esteem needs, too.

When we feel depressed, sad, and are being hard on ourselves, it’s important to be thankful for the little things and to remember how much we have to offer, to find our purpose and passion despite the limits all around us.
