we were told to list 8 things to do after getting upset to nurture ourselves

this is what I wrote

Niagara Parkway VIEWS

look out a window (car, home, office)

star gazing

car ride

walk

music

ocean waves (listen to them on youtube or in person at an ocean (great substitute is a lake or river)

waves on a beach

do this 2xs a week to nurture yourself

 

negative emotions

exhausted

pleasurable activity

recharge or comfort you

comfort yourself after being or getting upset!
