I love having canned corn instead of the steamed corn, less work lol
but it may be not as healthy for you!

15 g carbs, 2 g sugar.

I always add a teaspoon of chef master margarine, and lots of pepper, sometimes a bit of salt if my nose is plugged up from a COLD! 🙂
